Mohamed Abd Elfatah Abo Bakr highlighted the organization’s institutional vision: to transform the AOI into a platform for industrial integration. This platform aims to bring together the state’s advanced manufacturing capabilities, the expertise and potential of the private sector, and foreign investments and partnerships. Such integration is intended to strengthen synergy across these sectors and support the development of industrial capacities and competitiveness. He explained that the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) comprises 14 factories and companies with a workforce of approximately 12,000 employees. He noted that the organization’s strategic objectives include allocating 5% of its revenue to scientific research and development, as well as supporting projects and innovations led by young people. Furthermore, plans are in place to establish partnerships with six international original equipment manufacturers (OEMs) by 2027, with a target of achieving 20% growth in exports.

During the visit, he reviewed ongoing projects, future project plans, and efforts to upgrade production lines in accordance with state-of-the-art manufacturing systems.
