Major General Eng. This inauguration comes within the framework of an ambitious plan implemented by the AOI, based on scientific foundations and aimed at implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to localize technology, increase local manufacturing rates, and manufacture imported goods according to the highest international quality standards under the slogan "Made in Egypt."

This came during the opening of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's exhibition at North Square Mall in New Alamein City, which featured products from the electronics factory and the ATICO Wood Industries Factory. The Prime Minister was keen to try out one of the interactive screens produced by the organization's electronics factory, which were offered at competitive prices, and inquired about the available sizes and models. The Prime Minister stressed the need to promote these products, ensure their availability, and display them to citizens in various retail chains across the country, especially given their high quality and competitive prices. In this context, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, explained that this exhibition aligns with the latest digital transformation mechanisms. He noted that the organization's latest products, including electrical, electronic, and home appliances, security systems, and wood products essential for the modern home, are on display. President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today with Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI). The Official Spokesperson for the Presidency stated that during the meeting, the President reviewed the progress of the implementation of the most prominent activities and projects of the factories and companies affiliated with the AOI in the field of civil and defense industries. This training facility was established with advanced programs and a clear scientific vision, in implementation of the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to provide training for the future in the areas of automated management of manufacturing processes and digitization, in line with Egypt's Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development. The opening ceremony was attended by a number of officials and stakeholders from the industrial, technical education, and training sectors. Mokhtar Abdellatif expressed his pride in the AOI's cooperation with the International Welding Institute (IIW) in Italy, to ensure the best educational and training environment for trainees. He explained that an agreement was reached to establish a local assembly line for electric motors at the Motor Factory to produce various types of low-, medium-, and high-voltage motors. The discussions focused on enhancing cooperation and partnerships and increasing investment opportunities in various manufacturing areas. This can be achieved by deepening and increasing local manufacturing rates and localizing technology, leveraging the manufacturing capabilities and expertise of the AOI and the distinguished Japanese industry experience in the fields of subway cars, automobiles, environmentally friendly transportation, electronics, digital transformation, software, communications, information technology, renewable energy, and various manufacturing fields.
