In implementation of the directives of Major General . Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, to localize technology, deepen local manufacturing, attract investments, and strengthen partnerships with major international companies, and activate these directives with real tangible steps in all of the AOI’s factories and companies.

Based on the leadership of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in deepening local manufacturing and localizing the latest manufacturing technologies, the AOI was keen to participate in the activities of the Deepening Local Industrialization of Engineering Industries Exhibition. Organized by the Chamber of Engineering Industries and held at the exhibition grounds of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Development Agency, during the period from January 13-15.

Based on its important role in strengthening trade relations and attracting investments to the Egyptian market in various promising industrial sectors, Major General  Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, held important discussions with the delegation of the Kuwait Public Authority for Industries, headed by Dr. Sanad Abdullah Al-Ajmi. And the accompanying delegation, which includes the Federation of Kuwaiti Industries and a number of (11) of the largest companies in the sisterly State of Kuwait, which work in many promising industries of common interest, and in the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Ghanem Saqr Al-Ghanem, Ambassador of the sisterly State of Kuwait in Cairo.

From the integrated professional program for digital project management, organized by the Ministry of Communications.

The Arab Organization for Industrialization believes in the importance of achieving integration between national industrial institutions, universities and scientific research bodies, in order to achieve the state’s plan to deepen and increase the rates of local manufacturing and localize technology in accordance with Egypt’s vision for sustainable development 2030.

The Arab Organization for Industrialization continues its efforts to develop and modernize manufacturing systems to meet all the needs of the local market and export to African and Arab countries, with advanced products that suit the latest technologies and smart applications, including the success of the AOI’s “SEMAF” railway equipment factory in joint manufacturing with the American company Nxtium and the Danish Titan Containers. To manufacture refrigerator containers loaded on train platforms or transport vehicles designated for cooling and freezing up to (-40) degrees Celsius, a capacity of (40) feet, and a freezing capacity of 25 tons/container, using the latest scientific methods.

The pavilion of the Arab Organization for Industrialization participating in the EDEX 2023 exhibition witnessed the interest of the official delegations participating in the exhibition, from senior officials from brotherly and friendly countries and international institutions, as the AOI ’s various products, numbering 45 products in all defense industries, attracted their admiration, including 5 new products, namely the Air Munitions (Hafiz) and the Center for Industrialization. Multi-tasking mobile automated command and control, an armored riot control vehicle, a system for confronting drones, electronic obstruction, a new Egyptian radiological detection and measurement device, and the production of some aircraft parts.

Successful steps in accordance with a clear vision pursued by the Arab Organization for Industrialization to attract joint investments and enhance cooperation with Arab brothers. In this context, Major General. Engineer Mukhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, received the delegation of the Emirati Tawazun Wedge Group, which included His Excellency Mona Al Jaber. Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirati Tawazun Group, and Mr. Yousef Al-Balushi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Al-Tariq Company, during the activities of the third day of EDEX 2023.
