Major General Eng.  Mohamed Abd Elfatah Abo Bakr            , Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), attended a ceremony at the AOI headquarters honoring the children of employees who excelled in the General Secondary Education exams for the 2025–2026 academic year.

During the event, the AOI Chairman expressed his delight in honoring these high-achieving students. He emphasized the AOI’s enduring commitment to supporting outstanding and innovative individuals, noting that the progress of our beloved Egypt relies on hard work, diligence, and the contributions of brilliant national minds possessing enlightened and conscious vision.

He underscored the importance of identifying and nurturing talented and high-achieving individuals, enabling them to develop their talents and reach the pinnacle of excellence and creativity.

Major General Eng.  Mohamed Abd Elfatah Abo Bakr           expressed his hope that scientists, thinkers, and writers would emerge from among them. He noted that young people are increasingly assuming leadership and executive roles—a significant step reflecting the State’s commitment to promising Egyptian youth and its efforts to prepare them to shoulder future responsibilities in their respective fields.

The AOI Chairman also offered advice to the high-achieving students as they stand on the threshold of their university studies, urging them to hone their skills through modern technological techniques and future-oriented sciences that align with the demands of the labor market. He noted that Egypt abounds with positive examples and bright spots, while warning against attempts to corrupt the youth, the spread of rumors, and efforts to cast doubt on the state's various reform initiatives across all sectors. He added that the process of nation-building invariably requires sacrifices to realize our shared hopes and aspirations.

In a celebratory atmosphere filled with joy, appreciation, and pride for the high-achieving children of the Authority’s employees, Major General Eng. Mohamed Abd Elfatah Abo Bakr              , Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), honored the outstanding students.

He presented them with certificates of appreciation

and took commemorative photos with them.
