Participants should be able at the end of the course to program simple contours and profiles, operate and set up CNC WEDM machine.
Contents:
- Manual Data Input MDI mode.
- Jog mode / Handle mode / Incremental jog.
- Edit mode / Auto mode.
- Work piece zero-point data entry.
- Placement of job on table with vertical Alignment of wire electrode.
- Machining parameters (wire tension/wire Feed rate /pulse on/ pulse off / water pressure parameters) and use of charts and tables.
- G-codes /Auxiliary functions.
- Program structure.
- Storing and loading of programs through memory card.
- Exercises / Machine Practice.
