Major General. Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Mr. "Andras Kovacs ", Ambassador of the Republic of Hungary in Cairo.

During the meeting, the vision of the Arab Organization for Industrialization was presented regarding deepening and increasing the rates of local manufacturing and the transfer and localization of technology in many different fields of industry, including the training of human cadres.

The talks also dealt with discussing partnerships, taking advantage of the manufacturing capabilities of Arab Industrialization and the expertise of the Hungarian industry in the field of railways, automobile industry, environmentally friendly transportation, renewable energy, water treatment plants, medical industries, electronics, information and communication technology, and multiple manufacturing fields.

In this regard, Mokhtar Abdel Latif explained that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is looking forward to enhancing joint cooperation, increasing investment opportunities and partnership with major Hungarian companies in new industrial fields and implementing development projects, by deepening and increasing local manufacturing rates, increasing the added value in the local industry and reducing imports. Pointing to the study of increasing marketing opportunities for joint products in the markets of African and Arab countries.

For his part, Mr. "Andras Kovacs", the Ambassador of Hungary in Cairo, affirmed that the Egyptian market is attractive to Hungarian investments and constitutes a strategic importance for the African and Arab regions, pointing to the keenness of major Hungarian companies and their aspiration to cooperate and establish partnerships with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the industrial backbone of the Egyptian state, in all fields of multiple industries. Especially that there is a distinguished and historical cooperation between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and major Hungarian companies in many fields of industry.
