The Chairman of the AOI witnesses an honoring ceremony The first graduates of the The AOI Technical School for Dual Education and Training

Major General., Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, witnessed a ceremony honoring the first graduates of     The AOI Technical School for Dual Education and Training (a school within a factory), at the headquarters of the Arab Institute for Advanced Technology of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

During the celebration activities, Major General., Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, stressed the importance of participating in implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to develop technical education and meet the needs of industry and development, noting that technical education is Egypt's hope to achieve the next industrial shift and the workforce that Factories operate according to the goals of the new republic.

   He added that this comes from the belief in the role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in developing the industrial society, and covering the demand gap in various industrial skills through dual education systems, as this school approved by the Ministry of Education was established through the "school inside the factory" system.

He pointed out that the training takes place within the framework of advanced study programs and international standards, and the duration of the study in the school is three academic years, and final exams are held at the end of the third grade, and successful students are granted a certificate of completion of study for the technical secondary school diploma of applied technology, the three-year system, approved by the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, and also Experience certificates approved by the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

In this regard, the Chairman  of the Arab Organization for Industrialization praised the joint cooperation with the Ministry of Education to upgrade the national industry through the establishment of specialized technical schools for all professions and modern specializations, thus contributing to supplying the labor market with technical workers with advanced scientific and professional specifications supported by practical application, allowing them to provide New job opportunities for technical education graduates addressing future professions.

  He explained that the modern technological disciplines at the Arab Organization for Industrialization school include the departments of mechatronics, renewable energy, railways, welding, CNC programmed operation, and autotronics for cars.

Major General., Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, stressed the importance of changing the society's view and cultural thought regarding graduates of technical education, stressing that technical education is the basis of the Egyptian industry, pointing to the need to refine the expertise and qualification of technical workers and increase their competitive value in labor markets locally and regionally in countries. Within the framework of a festive atmosphere that mixed feelings of joy, appreciation and pride in our outstanding children, Major General. Engineer "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, honored the first graduates. of  The AOI Technical School for Dual Education and Training     , and the distinguished ones, where they were awarded certificates of appreciation and symbolic gifts.

After the end of the honoring ceremony, the Chairman  of the Arab Organization for Industrialization was keen to take souvenir photos with the students, listen to their opinions and answer their questions within the framework of keenness to communicate with the new generations and communicate with them, stressing that the Organization sponsors the creators and innovators.
