Major General Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, inspected  the first production of the Arab Swiss Elevator Company in Madinaty.

This comes within the framework of the partnership  between the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Talaat Moustafa Group (TMG) and Schindler International to implement a program for the localization, manufacturing, assembly and testing of some elevator components for a number of real estate and residential projects in Egypt .

During his inspection of two elevators in the B8 area of Madinaty, Major General Engineer Mokhtar Abdellatif expressed his pride in the cooperation with Talaat Moustafa Group and Schindler International, pointing out the AOI 's interest in attracting investments and enhancing cooperation with major Egyptian private sector entities as well as international companies.

 He noted that the electric elevator manufacturing project had been studied through specific scientific and engineering studies, taking advantage of the manufacturing capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's advanced manufacturing plant, and studying the proportions of local components to achieve the highest manufacturing ratios required during the project implementation phases.

He emphasized that the Arab Organization for Industrialization supports and encourages reliance on local industry and maximizes the local component in various products, including elevators, to achieve full local manufacturing, , localizing and transferring technology, especially in light of the great urban renaissance that Egypt is witnessing in various fields, which provides a golden opportunity for Egyptian industry to compete strongly in providing various products to meet the needs of projects.

He emphasized the commitment of the Arab Swiss Elevator Company to rapid implementation in accordance with the specified timetable, in accordance with all standard and environmental conditions and specifications, and taking into account the civilized appearance, pointing to the interest of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in participating in various national projects of the Ministry of Housing, Egyptian state institutions, and the private sector.
