A memorandum of understanding was signed between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Chinese company Shadow Wings .

During the signing of the memorandum of understanding, which was signed on behalf of the Arab Organization for Industrialization by  Major General Eng. Abdelrahman Abdelazim Othman, Director General of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
 Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his appreciation for the cooperation with the Chinese company explaining that the areas of cooperation include  localizing  advanced defense systems manufacturing technology  by leveraging the advanced manufacturing capabilities of the aircraft factory headed by Major General Eng. Mohamed Awad    

Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif also pointed out that we look forward to the Arab Organization for Industrialization's factories becoming a hub for enhancing cooperation, partnership, and exchange of expertise with the Chinese global company, in order to meet all local needs and those of sisterly and friendly countries in the field of defense industries.

For their part, senior officials of the Chinese company expressed their pride in cooperating and forming partnerships with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, which is a leader in many defense industries in Arab and African countries, affirming that the memorandum of understanding signed today is the beginning of further cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in many advanced defense industries.
