The AOI strengthens bridges of Egyptian-Kuwaiti cooperation And joint discussions with a delegation from the Public Authority for Kuwaiti Industries

Based on its important role in strengthening trade relations and attracting investments to the Egyptian market in various promising industrial sectors, Major General  Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, held important discussions with the delegation of the Kuwait Public Authority for Industries, headed by Dr. Sanad Abdullah Al-Ajmi. And the accompanying delegation, which includes the Federation of Kuwaiti Industries and a number of (11) of the largest companies in the sisterly State of Kuwait, which work in many promising industries of common interest, and in the presence of His Excellency Ambassador Ghanem Saqr Al-Ghanem, Ambassador of the sisterly State of Kuwait in Cairo.
The importance of these discussions comes in light of the momentum witnessed by Egyptian-Kuwaiti economic, trade and investment relations during the current period, and to enhance the increase in the rates of trade exchange between Egypt and Kuwait, as well as the volume of Kuwaiti investments in Egypt.
In this context, Major General  Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif expressed his appreciation and pride in these joint discussions with the Kuwaiti delegation, pointing to the Authority’s interest and welcome in the partnership, especially in light of the availability of an attractive and promising climate for investments that Egypt is currently witnessing, in addition to the enjoyment of the Arab Organization for Industrialization With the flexibility provided by its international regulations, it welcomes the conclusion of partnerships with Arab brothers in the fields of manufacturing and investment.
He explained that a number of topics of common interest and manufacturing capabilities of both sides were discussed, and promising investment opportunities in various fields of industry, exchanging experiences, and emphasizing the vision of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, which it pursues to increase the proportion of the local component and localize technology in accordance with the latest standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, as well as continuous technological modernization and development. Industrialization mechanisms to achieve the goals of the new republic.
He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is keen to establish fruitful strategic partnerships, and looks forward to strengthening cooperation with the delegation of the sisterly State of Kuwait, to benefit from the distinguished Kuwaiti expertise in many industries, and to discuss the production of joint products and identify the most important target markets to meet the needs of the local market, as well as to increase export opportunities to countries. Arab, African and the Kuwaiti market, pointing out that the Arab Organization for Industrialization welcomed the delegation of the Public Authority for Kuwaiti Industries to visit the AOI’s ’s factories and companies to learn on the ground about the AOI ’s advanced manufacturing capabilities.

For his part, Dr. Sanad Abdullah Al-Ajmi expressed his appreciation and pride in the important discussions with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and its pioneering historical role that we are proud of in Arab industry in all fields of industry, expressing his aspiration to strengthen the partnership with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in many different fields of industry, Pointing to the discussion of taking advantage of the great investment potential in the Arab Organization for Industrialization, to be an industrial hub to increase Kuwait’s exports to Arab and African countries, and to contribute to increasing the volume of targeted trade exchange between the two countries during the coming period.
In a related context, the delegation of the Kuwait Public Authority for Industries inspected the exhibition of products of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, where they were briefed on the latest products and advanced manufacturing capabilities. They expressed their admiration for this distinguished industrial development in the AOI through increasing the rates of local manufacturing and localizing technology in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
