Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), inspected the latest developments in the expansion work at the electronics factory, in preparation for the official opening of the newly renovated factory.
The visit was attended by Major General Eng. Abdel Rahman Abdel Azim Othman, General Director of the AOI, and Major General Eng. Ahmed Abdel Aziz, Chairman of Electronics Factory, one of the AOI's factories.
During the tour, His Excellency reviewed the latest production lines equipped according to the highest international specifications for manufacturing mobile phone and computer accessories, as well as ZeroTech Electronics products being developed and manufactured within the electronics factory, one of the AOI's factories.
This is in preparation for the imminent launch of a range of new products in the Egyptian market at competitive prices, in support of the state's drive to strengthen local industry, rely on Egyptian products, and meet the needs of Egyptian families for these products.
He also inspected the electronics Factory's products, which are successfully present in the local market, including screens, tablets, computers, mobile phones, surveillance cameras, audio systems, electric meters, air conditioners, and more.
In this context, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif emphasized the importance of increasing local manufacturing rates and reducing imports, in line with the state's plan to localize the latest electronics and communications technologies.
He noted the Arab Organization for Industrialization's commitment to implementing President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to strengthen industrial partnerships with the private sector, promote the localization of the electronics industry in Egypt, and deepen this industry at the electronics factory.
He praised the outstanding level of modern products produced by the electronics factory in cooperation with ZeroTech Electronics, including keyboards, mice, headphones, fast chargers and advanced mobile cables, earphones, and speakers, all certified by the Egyptian Organization for Standardization and Quality. He noted that the Arab Organization for Industrialization seeks to make these products an economical and sustainable option for Egyptian consumers, while maintaining quality and durability, and opening new horizons for the national electronics industry.
He emphasized the importance of opening export outlets, ensuring compliance with international quality standards and providing maintenance and after-sales services.
At the conclusion of his tour, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his thanks and appreciation to the successful partners from the private sector companies, most notably Dr. Atef Abu Hashem, Chairman of the ZeroTech Group of Companies, and Dr. Yasser Abu Hashem, CEO of ZeroTech Electronics Group.
