Strengthening Egyptian-Emirati cooperation The Arab Industrialization Agreement and the Emirates Council for Defense Industries

Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, confirmed that Egypt, under the leadership of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi, has put cooperation with Arab brothers at the forefront of its interests, explaining the importance of strengthening and activating communication and integration between Arab Industrialization units and companies, and major Emirati companies in issues of common interest.

 

This came within the framework of the signing of a memorandum of understanding between the Arab Industrialization and the Emirates Council for Defense Companies (the Tawazun Economic Council), within the framework of the activities of the third day of EDEX 2021.

 

The most important areas of cooperation include the exchange of experiences, the training of human cadres, and cooperation and integration in scientific research to serve the field of defense industries.

 

For his part, His Excellency Mr. Matar Al Rumaithi, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Emirates Council for Defense Companies, praised the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its advanced capabilities that qualify it to localize the technology of modern, scalable and innovative electronic industries, expressing his great pride in the partnership with this prestigious official Egyptian institution. We are proud of its Egyptian Arab national history, and we are honored to have all our professional and technical capabilities at the service of Arab Egypt.”

For his part, Engineer Abdul Rahman Abdul Azim Othman, Director General of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his pride in this cooperation with the Emirates Council for Defense Companies, stressing the importance of opening new horizons of cooperation and integration in a way that contributes to deepening joint Arab industrialization in the field of defense industries and training human cadres. and applied industrial research, and opening marketing areas for joint production for Arab and African countries.
