The Arab Organization for Industrialization participated in the Arab Dialogue Circle on "Artificial Intelligence in the Arab World"

: Innovative Applications and Ethical Challenges", which was held under the patronage of the Secretary-General of the League of Arab States, "Ahmed Aboul Gheit", at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the League in Cairo during the period from February 2 to 3, 2025.

This event is organized by the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and Naif Arab University for Security Sciences, in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the League of Arab States.

It is noteworthy that Professor Dr. "Ismail Abdel Ghaffar", President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, extended an invitation to Major General. Eng."Mokhtar Abdel Latif" – Chairman  of the Arab Organization for Industrialization to join the organization in this important event, in light of the advanced expertise enjoyed by the Arab Organization for Industrialization in the field of artificial intelligence.

The dialogue circle was attended by Eng. "Ashraf Khalil", Head of the Human Resources Sector at the Presidency of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, accompanied by a number (2) of Young human cadres in the AOI.

Participation is an important step towards enhancing Arab cooperation in the field of modern technology, and exploring the prospects of artificial intelligence applications and its ethical challenges in the region..

The activities include holding a first dialogue circle under the title "Modern Innovations in Artificial Intelligence: Exploring Global Trends and Applications in the Arab Region, with a Focus on Generative Artificial Intelligence, Drones and Robotics", and a second dialogue circle on: "Artificial Intelligence in the Service of Diplomacy and Peacekeeping, Prospects for International Cooperation and its Role in Preventing Conflicts", while a third dialogue circle was allocated to discuss "Ethics of Using Artificial Intelligence".
