Discussions of the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Nigerian Minister of Power

During the visit, joint discussions were held to enhance cooperation mechanisms and benefit from the advanced capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in the fields of new and renewable energy, green economy projects and infrastructure projects, as well as identifying proposed aspects of cooperation between the two sides in various fields of industrialization and transferring the modern Egyptian experience to deepen local manufacturing and localize technology. To the brothers in the Republic of Nigeria, and the Nigerian side's desire to benefit from Arab Industrialization's expertise in the field of training and building the capacities of Nigerian cadres, especially in the fields of new and renewable energy, was emphasized.

 

In this regard, Major General., Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of strengthening cooperation and aspects of partnerships with the countries of the African continent, and implementing the directives of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi to open new horizons of cooperation and integration with African brothers in all fields. Industrial and economic, and open new outlets for export in Africa.

Abdul Latif explained that the Arab Organization for Industrialization puts all its capabilities and technical and technological expertise to meet the needs of our brothers and participate in development projects in the Republic of Nigeria, explaining that the authority has an ambitious plan to meet all the needs of the local and African market in the field of electricity production from solar energy, and even enter into global competition In the future, referring to strengthening our manufacturing capabilities and production lines with all modern digital manufacturing systems in order to obtain high-quality solar panels that allow us to compete internationally, especially with the global trend to increase reliance on clean energy sources and reduce harmful carbon emissions resulting from fossil fuel uses.

He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization expresses its welcome to enhance cooperation with brothers in Nigeria to provide technical advice and training courses for Nigerian cadres in all fields of new and renewable energy and green economy, through the organization's training academy and centers.

 

For his part, the Nigerian Minister of Power, during his inspection of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's products exhibition, affirmed his country's keenness to strengthen partnership and cooperation relations with Egypt as a leading country in the African continent, praising the manufacturing and technological capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the richness and diversity of its products, and its human cadres trained according to the latest modern training systems, and expressing About his country's aspiration to open marketing outlets in the Republic of Nigeria for the various products of the Arab Manufacturing Company.

 

During his inspection of the solar power plant at the headquarters of the Arab Renewable Energy Company affiliated to the Arab Organization for Industrialization, " Abubakar D. Aliyu " stressed that his country is looking forward strongly to the organization's participation in renewable energy projects, especially in the field of electricity production from solar energy, praising what he saw of the solar panel production lines and their distinction.
