Chairman of the AOI and Deputy Minister of Communications witness the conclusion of the activities of the integrated professional program

This comes within the framework of the Arab Organization for Industrialization’s implementation of an ambitious plan to develop and enhance the skills of workers in all of the AOI ’s factories and companies to prepare workers to achieve sustainable management of resources, and to enable them to maximize the benefit of digital project management tools in implementing and managing projects in the short and medium term, which contributes to raising the efficiency of resource use. Available resources, rationalizing spending, reducing waste and preserving the environment. The program also aims to implement the digital institutional development plan, develop the digital capabilities of employees, develop work mechanisms, and enhance the role of digitization in managing business efficiently and effectively.

In this regard, Major General  Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif praised the role played by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in building the capabilities of Egyptian human resources to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution, which contributes to the implementation of the institutional development plan and digital transformation and digitization projects in the country and the achievement of the strategic vision. He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as the industrial backbone of the state, has developed a clear, ambitious plan to train and develop the capabilities of human cadres in all specializations in accordance with the latest administrative training systems and participation in distinguished training programs, stressing the role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its participation in achieving the state’s goals through fruitful and constructive cooperation with all its institutions. To enhance the concept of digital culture.

He pointed out that the aim of this training program is to train and qualify Arab Industrialization engineers to absorb and sustain digital transformation and mechanization projects, and to develop and build the capabilities of workers in the field of digital project management.

The honoring ceremony witnessed the handing over of certificates to (30) trainees from leaders and workers in all of the AOI ’s factories and companies, who passed the ceremony. The training program was successfully organized, as a grant from the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

For her part, engineer Ghada Labib praised the constructive and fruitful cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, explaining that the organization represents an essential partner of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in building digital Egypt.
The Deputy Minister of Communications for Institutional Development praised the graduates of the Digital Project Management Program, leaders and employees of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressing the importance of this program in improving the management of the state’s resources, agencies, and institutions.
She added that the integrated professional program for digital project management comes in implementation of Egypt's digital goals and to complement the efforts of the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in digital institutional development to support digital transformation efforts in government and public agencies, including building digital administrative capabilities for leaders and workers, to prepare institutions to accommodate digital transformation work and ensure its sustainability. Building on the results of ongoing periodic visits and meetings between the leadership of the Ministry and the Arab Organization for Industrialization to follow up on the AOI’s ’s institutional development and digital transformation efforts and support business sustainability in all affiliated sectors, factories and related companies.
