As part of the Arab Organization for Industrialization's commitment to strengthening constructive cooperation with all universities and scientific and training academies, a cooperation protocol was signed between the organization and the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences.
During the signing ceremony, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his appreciation and pride in this cooperation with the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences, praising its expertise in meeting the requirements of human development in the fields of management and entrepreneurship, and in enhancing the capabilities and skills of human resources.
He explained that the areas of cooperation are in line with the state's directives regarding investment in human capital, building future leaders, developing national human resources, and preparing qualified personnel capable of improving institutional performance in the country, through the provision of scholarships for specialized and diverse postgraduate programs.
In a related context, he pointed out that the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) had established an ambitious plan early on to develop and enhance the skills of employees in all its factories and companies. This plan contributes to the implementation of the institutional development and digitalization strategy, aiming for sustainable resource management and empowering employees to maximize the use of artificial intelligence and modern digital tools in manufacturing, production, and project implementation and management. This aligns with Egypt's Vision for Sustainable Development 2030. He noted that the AOI possesses specialized academies and institutes for training, operating according to the latest software systems and the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
During the signing of the protocol, which was signed by Major General Eng. Abdel Rahman Abdel Azim Othman, General Director of the AOI, and Dr. Amr El Nahas, Vice President of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences for Business Development and Training,
Dr. Mustafa Hudaib, President of the Arab Academy for Administrative, Financial, and Banking Sciences, expressed his pride and appreciation for the vital role of the AOI as the state's industrial arm in localizing technology, deepening local manufacturing, increasing the added value of national industry, and developing and enhancing the skills of human resources.
Dr. Rasha Ragheb, First Vice President of the Arab Academy for Administrative and Financial Sciences, praised the role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in enhancing institutional human capabilities and keeping pace with rapid technological developments in the fields of artificial intelligence, emerging technologies, digitization, and the latest administrative and organizational sciences for institutions.
