During the meeting, Lieutenant General Abdel-Moneim El-Terras presented a comprehensive report on the position of manufacturing and supplying office furniture to all state institutions in the new administrative capital, by the Arab Organization for Industrialization, in partnership with distinguished industrial entities in the private sector, where samples of all necessary pieces of furniture were presented to offices, halls and halls Meetings, in light of the concept developed, including standards, materials, and technical specifications.

A report was also reviewed on the general plans for the interior designs of government headquarters in the new administrative capital, which include lighting systems, which ensure lighting quality and energy rationalization, and office and room designs that vary from one ministry to another in a manner that gives each of them distinct privacy, as well as the colors chosen In a way that guarantees a comfortable, stimulating and productive work environment, and various other facilities that achieve the goals aimed at making the transition to the new capital associated with changing the work environment and its methods in an evolving way that reflects on government performance in general.

For his part, the Prime Minister presented his proposals based on the conceptualizations presented, appreciating the efforts made in this framework, and guiding the importance of commitment to achieving quality elements in what is being implemented from government headquarters furniture manufacturing work in the new administrative capital, and creating an evolving and stimulating work environment.
