Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), attended a ceremony honoring the children of AOI employees who excelled in their high school diplomas for the 2024-2025 academic year at the AOI headquarters.
As part of the celebration, the Chairman of the AOI expressed his happiness at honoring the outstanding high school graduates among the children of AOI employees. He emphasized that the AOI supports creative and innovative individuals, noting that the progress of our beloved country, Egypt, can only be achieved through diligence, strong perseverance, and the empowerment of outstanding national minds with an enlightened and dedicated vision in all fields of science, arts, and literature.
He emphasized the importance of discovering and nurturing talented and outstanding individuals educationally, physically, culturally, and socially, so that they can develop and nurture their talents and reach the highest levels of excellence and creativity.
Major General Eng.Mokhtar Abdellatif noted that we look forward to seeing scholars, thinkers, and writers emerge from among you who will truly contribute to their communities.
He noted that young people are now assuming leadership and executive positions, a step that confirms the state's interest in promising Egyptian youth and their preparation for the next phase of their lives.
The Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization was keen to advise outstanding students on the threshold of their university studies on the importance of honing their expertise and knowledge with modern technological expertise and future sciences, which align with the requirements of the organization's labor markets, locally, regionally, and internationally. He highlighted the organization's interest in developing, modernizing, and refining the skills of its human capital, in line with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, telling them, "You are the hope of Egypt and the future... Continue your excellence."
He pointed out that Egypt is full of positive models, bright spots, sincere efforts, and comprehensive development projects. He warned against attempts to corrupt youth, spread rumors, and cast doubt on the state's various reform efforts in all fields. He added that the stages of nation-building always require sacrifices to achieve our hopes and aspirations, and that the future is bright, thanks to God Almighty.
In a festive atmosphere that blended feelings of joy, appreciation, and pride in the outstanding children of the Authority's employees, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, honored student Mohamed Ashraf Shehata Shorbagy, who ranked first among the Authority's employees' children and fourth in the nation's literary division. He also honored 32 male and female students, children of employees, and presented them with certificates of appreciation and rewards.
After the ceremony, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization was keen to take commemorative photos with the students.
For their part, the parents of the students working at the AOI expressed their happiness at this warm welcome and sincere sentiments from the leadership of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, in appreciation of their role in their life's journey.
