Major General, Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, inspected the companies and factories of the Organization, which consist of (15) production units, working in the defense and civil fields.

He briefed His Excellency on future plans for projects and the work of developing production lines according to the latest manufacturing systems.

During his field tour, he was keen to talk with engineers, technicians, workers and administrators of all job categories, and listened to them with great interest and got acquainted with their ideas for developing production lines, and discussed with them finding realistic solutions to problems that hinder the progress of the production process, and asked them to quickly finish the implementation of all projects, and deliver them in time At the specified times, and stressed the need to follow occupational safety procedures.

Major General, Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, stressed the importance of raising the morale of the workers, pointing out that the human element in the authority is the real capital and the basis for the success of the work, and urged them to train new human cadres, and then the authority is keen to support them financially and morally and refine their experiences and talents through continuous training. Pointing to the importance of benefiting from the creators and innovators of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and also urged them to familiarize themselves with the latest scientific research in universities and research centers to develop production lines and products with new and creative ideas that are commensurate with the spirit of the times and the latest manufacturing systems.

His Excellency pointed out the importance of optimal utilization of the manufacturing capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization to meet all the needs of the various sectors of industry, and work to attract more local, African and Arab investments, partnerships with industrial institutions and interest in opening new markets for export to the African continent, brotherly Arab countries and the Middle East region.

His Excellency also stressed the importance of renewing and modernizing all electronic marketing methods and promoting the Authority's products and increasing its manufacturing capabilities according to the latest modern technological systems, with an emphasis on the speedy completion of existing projects according to time plans, pointing to the importance of quickly catching up with the global industry through learning, training and acquiring modern manufacturing skills. .

He added that as long as there is a strong will for development and modernization , success and distinction will be achieved .

Major General, engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, explained in the context of his tour that he attaches special importance to field follow-up to all production units and projects on a regular basis.

He was also keen to extend thanks and appreciation to all workers for their sincere and fruitful efforts, diligent and distinguished work, and urged them to continue to exert effort, giving and working in a team spirit, which guarantees the achievement of the state’s plan to reduce imports, increase the added value of industry, local manufacturing rates, localization of technology and maximizing the slogan (Made in Egypt).
