Major General Eng. "Mokhtar Abdell atif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, received Mr. "Mohamed Abdellatif", Minister of Education and Technical Education, along with his accompanying delegation.
During the visit, Major General Eng. "Mokhtar Abdellatif" expressed his appreciation and pride in the ongoing cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education in various fields, praising the ministry's pioneering role in developing and modernizing educational systems and mechanisms according to the latest technological standards and activating smart communication skills within the educational system.
He clarified that in implementation of President "Abdel Fattah El-Sisi"'s directives, the Arab Organization for Industrialization has established two schools for applied technology in cooperation with the Ministry of Education and Technical Education, to qualify trained technical labor with the latest skills according to labor market requirements, pointing to the focus on training according to the latest standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution through the Academy of the Arab Organization for Industrialization for training on digitalization and smart manufacturing programs, as well as another academy for welding and assembly.
Major Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif pointed out the alignment of views during the joint discussions regarding the importance of enhancing the applications of artificial intelligence within the educational system. He noted that the meeting addressed meeting all the needs of the Ministry of Education and Technical Education for interactive screens, tablets, laptops, surveillance cameras, school furniture, and improving the efficiency of the infrastructure of educational institutions, as well as the possibility of promoting the use of solar energy in schools to conserve electrical energy and other fields. He affirmed that the training academies at the Arab Organization for Industrialization welcome training students and teachers on the latest software and applications in all educational fields.
On his part, Mr. Mohamed Abdellatif, the Minister of Education and Technical Education, affirmed the ministry's keenness to enhance cooperation frameworks with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, contributing to a qualitative leap in developing the educational process by introducing the latest technological and interactive media into schools. He pointed out that the ministry prioritizes the expansion of artificial intelligence applications and comprehensive digital transformation of the educational system. He also reviewed, in this context, the close cooperation with Japan in the field of education, in line with the Egyptian state's vision to build the Egyptian individual and prepare generations capable of facing future challenges.
The minister added that the ministry is keen to cooperate with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in developing the infrastructure of schools, noting that the organization's products and initiatives meet the ministry's needs for electronic devices, interactive screens, smart infrastructure solutions, and school furniture.
During his visit to the exhibition of products from the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the Minister of Education and Technical Education praised the diversity and quality of the advanced electronic products he observed, particularly highlighting the interactive screens, tablets, and smart educational media. He emphasized that these products represent a genuine addition to the Ministry's efforts to expand in the areas of interactive education and support the digital transformation plan within schools, expressing his confidence in the organization's ability to meet the needs of the educational system according to the highest international quality standards.
