The successful steps of the Arab Organization for Industrialization are still ongoing to enhance aspects of partnership with major international expertise, according to a clear vision adopted by the organization to attract investments and increase export rates as pillars of the national economy, in accordance with Egypt's vision for sustainable development 2030

In this context, a framework agreement was signed between the electronics factory affiliated with the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the Chinese “Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co. Ltd”,

During the signing ceremony, Major General. Eng. "Mokhtar Abdel Latif", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, indicated that this cooperation comes within the framework of the plan of the Egyptian state and the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, to implement digital transformation and provide an infrastructure that depends on providing high-speed fiber cables for all users of the network for fixed telephone and Internet service and what this requires in terms of replacing copper cables and terminal devices with devices of the type
ONT
for current and new networks.
He explained that under this agreement, the actual manufacturing of the devices will begin in the coming few months, after which the stages of quantitative production will begin to meet the needs of the local market and export to African and Arab markets.

He added that close cooperation is planned between the "Electronics Factory" and "Tianyi" Company with the aim of building a specialized center equipped with the latest advanced devices in maintenance work and preparing specialized technical cadres, noting that it is expected that the center will effectively serve training programs to enhance competitiveness in providing after-sales services and developing high technical skills that serve the communications sector in Egypt.

He pointed out that it was agreed to increase the percentage of the local component, to save the costs of importing components that enter into this technologically advanced industry, pointing out the agreement to benefit from the materials and equipment produced by the Authority to manufacture the Arab Optical Network Terminal Units for Manufacturing, to design and manufacture the components of this industry's technologies, according to international quality standards and at competitive market prices.

The signing ceremony was witnessed by Major General Eng."Abdel Rahman Abdel Azim Othman", General  Director of the AOI, and Major General Eng. "Ahmed Abdel Aziz", Chairman of the Electronics Factory.

For their part, Senior officials of“Sichuan Tianyi Comheart Telecom Co. Ltd, expressed their appreciation for this cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the industrial backer of the Egyptian state, expressing their aspiration to localize the latest technologies in manufacturing optical network terminal units (ONT) to meet all the needs of the local Egyptian market, Arab and African countries, and to work on opening new export outlets to the global market.
 They added that this cooperation will represent a great addition to the Egyptian economy, especially since we will work on the design and implementation, with the national manufacturing capabilities of the electronics factory affiliated with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, according to the latest international quality standards
