Semi-trailer length (excluding the front-mounted basket): 12 m to 13.6 m.

Semi-trailer width (excluding overhangs): 2.5 m to 2.6 m.

Weights:

Gross payload: 60.5 – 61.5 tons.

Technical payload: 50 tons (distributed along the length of the semi-trailer).

Load capacity on tow bar: Up to 21 tons.

Chassis:

The chassis is constructed of standard beams (IPE550) along its main length.

Loading deck:

The chassis is reinforced with beams distributed almost equally along the length of the semi-trailer (30 units), and equipped with standard beam sections (IPE200) with fenders and bumpers suitable for operating and loading conditions.

Covers:

Siniber or Baklava sheet metal (depending on availability), 4/5 mm thick, suitable for heavy-duty loading conditions.

Axles:

Three HJ axles, each with a load capacity of 18 tons.

Suspension:

Complete suspension system with bushings, balances, and tensioners (HJ system), equipped with six heavy-duty leaf springs.

Loading Legs:

HJ or JOST brand, as per customer request, with a static load capacity of 50 tons and a dynamic load capacity of 24 tons.

Drawing Pins:

HJ brand, 3.5-inch size.

Rims and Tires:

Tires as available at the time of delivery: (12) rims and one spare tire.

Brakes:

Automatic dual-line air brakes with a servo system that works in conjunction with the tractor. Parking Brake:

Manual and operates with the rear axle.

Electrical Circuit:

Complete 24-volt electrical circuit with lights, reflectors, and turn signals.

Spare Tires:

Two spare tire carriers (right side) operated by two locally manufactured spare tire motors.

Semi-Trailer Equipped with:

Complete set of suspension arms.

Fixed front suspension with a height of 1.8 m.

One rear ladder with a complete set of suspension arms.

Six side mufflers.

One toolbox (without tools).

Ladder on the front suspension.

Painting:

The semi-trailer undergoes a paint process in special ovens after shot blasting with steel particles. It is then coated with rust-preventative materials and finally painted in special ovens in the color specified by the customer.

Warranty:

The manufacturer provides a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of delivery.
