Grain Silos

Aircraft factory produces , delievers and installs grain silos with huge capacities up to ( 60,000 & 70,000 ton)   as well as Grain Air conveyer with up to 700 ton\hr capacity in cooperation with world wide companies   specialized in thes field.  * Aircraft factory implements all civil works , delievers , and operates the handling equipment and its    accessories as well as the electrical equipments and the control system.  * Aircraft factory is experienced in constructing silos with conical bottom which allows self-discharge without   augers which allow the usage of the silo throughout the year without any need to discharge it perform augers   maintenance.

** Aircraft siols  advantages :-

* The silos are equipped with aeration and fumigation systems for storing the grains for long periods.

* The silos are equipped with measuring temperature system for early discovery of the infected grains and its treatment by discharging the inficted ones into the fumigation siol.

Factory Experience Record:

1 - Design and implementation of 4 silos with total capacity of 2,000 tons (ismailia /misr company for Poultry).

2 - Design and implementation of 1 silo with of 200 tons capacity (Algeria village).

3 - Manufacturing and installation of electrical and mehanical equipment belt conveyor for silos ( Ismailia).

4 - Design and implementation of 4 ton capacity silos (National Project for integrated control )

5 - Manufacturing and installation of electrical equipment and mechanical belt conveyor for silos    (General Company for Silos and storage).

6- Implementation and supply 1 metallic silo with a capacity of 60 000 tons.in Alamerah     (General Company for Silos and storage ).

7 - Implementation and supply 1 metallic silo with a capacity of 70 000 tons in Damietta Port     (General Company for Silos and storage).

8 - Supply and commission of 2 Air Conveyers with 400 tons \ hr capacity (General Company for Silos and storage).

9 - Supply and  commission of 1 Air Conveyers with 700 tons\ hr capacity (General Company for Silos and storage). 10- Fabrication of 300 grain belt conveyors for( Horizontal and Vertical ) for Development and agricultural  credit bank.
