The Minister of Housing and Military Production and the President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization are discussing ways to provide "a dignified life" tasks

Dr. Assem Al-Jazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, held a meeting today, Tuesday, with Engineer Mohamed Ahmed Morsi, Minister of State for Military Production, and Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim El-Terras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization. To discuss means of cooperation in supplying and providing tasks and requirements for implementing the various projects within the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", to develop villages and dependencies nationwide, in the presence of the leaderships of the two ministries, and a number of heads of factory boards.

 

The Minister of Housing affirmed that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives confirm the reliance on Egyptian-made local products in implementing the various projects in the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", in order to localize and encourage Egyptian industry, and provide job opportunities for the local community, which is one of the most important goals of the presidential initiative, as well as Carry out bulk central purchases of needs; Which contributes to reducing the cost of implementing these projects.

 

The Minister of State for Military Production stated that the presidential initiative, "A Decent Life," is one of the very important national projects at the level of the Egyptian state at the present time, and it is considered a golden opportunity to localize industry and rely on local products in implementing various projects for our people in the Egyptian countryside.

 

 

The head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization added that the volume of projects currently being implemented at the level of the Egyptian state is unprecedented, and the Egyptian industry must take advantage of this opportunity, and provide all the tasks and requirements for these projects, in order to improve the quality and efficiency of Egyptian products, and enable them to compete with imported products. .

 

During the meeting, officials of the utilities sector at the Ministry of Housing reviewed the total needs and tasks (pipes - valves - requests ... and others) needed to implement drinking water and sanitation projects in 51 centers, which is the first phase of the presidential initiative "A Decent Life", as well as what is related to extension and strengthening projects. , Replacement and renewal.

 

The officials of the facilities sector at the Ministry of Housing explained that an inventory of detailed needs has been completed in 3 centers, the foundations of project implementation have been standardized, and the needs are standardized, and a detailed inventory of the rest of the centers is being conducted, respectively, and coordination will be made with the work team of the Ministry of Military Production and the Arab Organization for Industrialization, in order to supply the tasks according to what It is being implemented on the ground to accelerate the rate of implementation of this important national project.
