This contributes to increasing the efficiency of the use of available resources, rationalizing expenditure, reducing waste, and preserving the environment. The program also aims to implement the digital institutional development plan, develop the digital capabilities of employees, develop work mechanisms, and enhance the role of digitalization in efficient and effective business management using artificial intelligence and cybersecurity technologies.
In this regard, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif praised the role played by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in building the capacity of Egyptian human resources to keep pace with the Fourth Industrial Revolution. He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI), as the industrial backbone of the Egyptian state, has developed a clear, ambitious plan to train and develop the capabilities of human resources in all specialties, according to the latest administrative training systems and participation in distinguished training programs. He emphasized the role of the AOI and its contribution to achieving the state's goals through fruitful and constructive cooperation with all its institutions to promote the concept of digital culture.
He pointed out that the goal of this training program is to train and qualify AOI engineers to understand and sustain digital transformation and mechanization projects, and to develop and build the capabilities of workers in the field of digital project management.
