The Chairman of the AOI chairs the meetings of the Supreme Committee for Employment Affairs to fill senior management

With a clear future vision to develop and modernize the mechanisms of management systems within the Arab Organization for Industrialization, to suit the goals of the New Republic and Egypt’s Vision 2030 , Major General Engineer “Mokhtar Abdel Latif”, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, chaired the meetings of the Supreme Committee for Employment Affairs to fill management level positions. The highest level of the AOI, With the participation of Major General Engineer Abdel l Rahman Abdel Azim, Director General of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, at the headquarters of the AOI ’s Training Academy.

It is noteworthy that the meetings of this committee are held for all candidates in the various units of the AOI , in the presence of the advisor to the Chairman of the AOI for Chemical Industries, the Chairmans of the units of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the head of the Human Resources Development Sector, and
Head of the Technical Sector, Head of the Economic Sector, and Head of the Legal Affairs Sector,
and Director of the General Administration of Personnel Affairs.

The selection criteria for the candidates were characterized by clarity, accuracy and transparency, including that applicants fulfill the conditions for filling the position, capabilities and academic qualifications, and obtain specialized training courses, in addition to each candidate submitting a comprehensive proposal to develop the unit or one of its main activities. The development proposal must include time-specific, measurable and applicable objectives that include: Investigation methods within the limits of available financial and human capabilities.

In a related context, the Arab Organization for Industrialization praises the serious cooperation with the National Training Academy, through which a personal characteristics test was held for candidates to fill senior management level positions in the Arab Organization for Industrialization, according to leadership skills, decision-making and creativity, problem solving and crisis management, and communication, persuasion and presentation skills
