The Arab Organization for Industrialization hosts a symposium of the Japanese Technical Grants Organization AOTS

During the symposium, the Arab Industrialization vision was presented regarding deepening local manufacturing, transfer and localization of technology in many different fields of industry, including various spare parts, water treatment systems, pumps, smart manufacturing, reverse engineering, electronics, communications, smart meters, digital transformation, renewable energy, railways, cars, and environmentally friendly means of transportation, including cars. In this regard, the Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization stressed the importance of benefiting from the expertise of the Japanese Grants Authority to enhance investment opportunities, develop and modernize the various fields of national industry, explaining the importance of joining all efforts with major Egyptian industrial companies to achieve industrial integration to implement Egypt's Vision 2030.

 

He pointed out that it was agreed to support and develop the Egyptian industry through a joint executive action plan and start counting production inputs to study their local manufacture and set implementation mechanisms at specific times by benefiting from the production capacities of the units of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and all industrial entities in Egypt, pointing to strengthening cooperation in the fields of research. He also mentioned the close cooperation between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and all research centers and universities to increase the proportions of the local component and the authority's interest in expanding the horizons of partnerships and cooperation with major international companies in a way that contributes to the transfer of technical expertise and the localization of modern technology, and the training of human cadres through distinguished training programs in the Academy of the Authority and its various training centers. .

 

For his part, Dr. Bahaa Zaghloul, former head of the Metals Research and Development Center and head of the Japanese Technical Grants Authority in Egypt, explained the services and expertise provided by the Japanese Technical Grants Authority and the means available to benefit from them to develop and modernize the Egyptian industry in various fields.
