The Arab Organization for Industrialization continues its efforts to develop and modernize design systems and manufacturing technology in the field of water treatment, purification and desalination to meet all the needs of development projects, the local market and export to African and Arab countries. Among these successful steps is the signing of a memorandum of understanding for joint cooperation with both the German company BAMAG LLC  and MAWARED INDUSTRIES S.A.E  Company, in the presence of senior officials of the National Authority for Potable Water and Wastewater and the Holding Company for Potable Water and Wastewater.

In the presence of the President of the German Chamber of Commerce in Cairo, senior officials of the European Bank for Development and Reconstruction, the Cairo Finance Bank Company, and the Investment Authority.

In this context, Major General. Engineer Mokhtar Abdel Latif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his appreciation and pride in this joint cooperation with major companies specialized in the field of water treatment, purification and desalination, which comes in the context of implementing the state’s plan to localize technology and increase local manufacturing rates. In addition to attracting investments in partnership with international and local companies.

He explained that the areas of cooperation include the manufacture, installation, maintenance and operation of water treatment, purification and desalination plants and the components and parts of these plants, as well as benefiting from the advanced manufacturing capabilities of the Digital Manufacturing Center of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as well as training engineers and technicians working in the Authority on the latest manufacturing techniques, in accordance with the latest technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution. .
