Honoring a new batch of Diploma in Digital Project Management

Within the framework of the efforts to develop and build the digital capabilities of leaders and workers in the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and under the patronage of His Excellency Dr. "Amr Talaat"

Lieutenant General "Altras" and engineer "Ghada Labib", Deputy Minister of Communications and Information Technology for Institutional Development, witnessed the graduation ceremony of the first and second batches of the Diploma in Digital Project Management course.

In this regard, the "Terrace" praised the role played by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in building the capacity of the Egyptian human cadres to keep pace with the fourth industrial revolution, thus contributing to the implementation of the institutional development plan and preparation to accommodate the country's digital transformation and digitization projects and achieving the strategic vision of Egypt 2030.

He added that Arab Industrialization, as the industrial backer of the state, has developed an ambitious and clear plan to train, qualify and develop the capabilities of human cadres in all disciplines according to the latest administrative training systems and participate in distinguished training programs, stressing the role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its participation to achieve the goals of the state through fruitful and constructive cooperation with all its institutions To promote the concept of digital culture.

The "Terrace" indicated that with this training program, we are targeting to train and qualify Arab engineers for industrialization to accommodate digital transformation and mechanization projects and their sustainability, and to develop and build the capabilities of workers in the field of digital project management, as well as to assist the participants in passing the accreditation evaluation from the Project Management Institute.

                                                                               

The honoring ceremony witnessed the delivery of Lt. Gen. Abdel Moneim El-Terras and Eng. Ghada Labib, certificates to the first and second groups. It includes 20 engineers working in the project activity in the units of the Authority, who successfully passed the training program, which was organized online via the Zoom app. As a grant provided by the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology.

In a related context, the President of Arabia praised the commitment of the trainees to actively participate in the training program to achieve the maximum benefit in order to qualify them to implement what they studied during the training, explaining that the qualification based on scientific foundations and standards is the cornerstone of building the capabilities and skills of the individual for the benefit of the institutions technically and economically.

 

For her part, the engineer, "Ghada Labib" praised the constructive and fruitful cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, explaining that the authority represents a key partner for the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology in building a digital Egypt.

 

Labib added that today's ceremony comes within the framework of the Ministry of Communications’s efforts to prepare state institutions and public bodies for digital transformation and ensure their assimilation and sustainability, in a way that contributes to creating an interactive state, society and digital citizen.

 

Labib revealed that the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology has implemented an integrated set of knowledge, skills and training programs to build the digital capabilities of workers and leaders in various state institutions.

 

Labib praised the graduates of the digital project management program from the employees and leaders of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressing the importance of this program in improving the management of state resources and its bodies and institutions.
