Graduation of the second batch of the specialized program To prepare leaders in the Arab Organization for Industrialization

Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al Taras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, and a delegation of AASTMT professors witnessed the graduation ceremony of the second batch of the specialized program to prepare Arab leaders for industrialization from June 13 to August 1, 2021. ,which is implemented in partnership with the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport.

 

In this regard, the "Terrace" clarified that Arab Industrialization has developed a clear ambitious plan to train, qualify and develop human cadres in all disciplines, according to the latest administrative training systems and digital transformation, noting that this program is being conducted at the headquarters of the Arab Institute for Advanced Technology of the Authority, in partnership between the Arab Academy of Sciences Technology, Maritime Transport and the National School of Administration in France

He added that the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as the industrial back-up of the state, recently held serious partnerships to localize technology, with major international companies in all fields of manufacturing of global stature, and therefore it was necessary to invest in the development of administrative and leadership skills of human cadres for all units of the Authority.

The "Terrace" also clarified that the training program was prepared through scientific axes prepared according to the latest international standards and in line with the state's strategic plan, pointing out that the training is a window overlooking the sciences of tomorrow and contributes strongly to building a person capable of leadership to achieve sustainable development in accordance with Egypt's 2030 vision. .

He pointed out that the program is implemented within the framework of refining the skills of the first grade of the authority's leaders, building the skills of the second grade, and qualifying them to lead in the units of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as it is one of the most important castles of industry in Egypt and the Arab world.

In a related context, the President of Arab Industrialization praised the commitment of the trainees to actively participate in the training program to achieve the maximum benefit, which qualifies them to apply what they studied during the training, explaining that the qualification based on scientific foundations and standards is the cornerstone in building the capabilities and skills of the individual to benefit the institutions technically and economically.

For his part, Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar praised the constructive and fruitful cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, explaining that the Authority is a key partner with the Arab Academy for Science and Technology in building a digital Egypt. It has achieved unprecedented steps at the level of training systems and production processes, in cooperation with major international experts.

Abdel Ghaffar also emphasized the continuity of specialized programs to prepare and qualify senior management leaders in the Arab Organization for Industrialization, according to the latest administrative systems and digital transformation, pointing to the importance of these programs in improving the management of state resources, bodies and institutions.

The graduation ceremony witnessed the handing over of certificates by Lieutenant General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and Dr. Ismail Abdel Ghaffar, President of the Arab Academy for Science, Technology and Maritime Transport, certificates to (18) of the program graduates from the leaders of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, noting that the main axes of the program dealt with Politics, economics, law, sociology, information and communication technology, media, governance, management, personal skills.
