 The Ambassador of the State of Gabon in Cairo, to discuss ways of supporting and enhancing joint cooperation in the economic and commercial aspects, as well as exchanging experiences and training human cadres.

The meeting dealt with ways of strengthening and advancing cooperation relations between Egypt and Gabon, and studying possible investment and commercial partnership opportunities in various fields, particularly timber, infrastructure, water purification and sewage treatment plants.

They also discussed strengthening cooperation mechanisms in various fields of industry, including defense and civil industries, new energy, communications, electronics, digital transformation, artificial intelligence, surveillance cameras, environmentally friendly cars using natural gas and other various fields of industry.

In this regard, the "Terrace" stressed the importance of implementing President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's directives to enhance joint cooperation with the African countries in various fields of industrialization, noting that there are joint committees to lay the foundations for cooperation between the two countries and to develop economic and trade cooperation, with the participation of many Egyptian experts. and the Gabonese.

The "Terrace" indicated that Arab Industrialization is putting all its manufacturing and technological capabilities to participate in the various development projects witnessed by the sisterly state of Gabon, pointing to the research of training and qualifying human cadres in the state of Gabon through the authority's training academy, where it holds specialized training courses in all fields of industry, management and information systems. and communication technology according to the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

For his part, "Ge Roger Nazih" explained that the relations between the two countries are fruitful and in continuous progress, praising Egypt's efforts to support economic relations and industrial and commercial cooperation with the countries of the African continent, pointing to the importance of the Egyptian partnership with Gabon.

Nazih praised the manufacturing and technical capabilities of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the richness and diversity of its defense and civil products, expressing his country's aspiration to enhance cooperation with the Arab Organization for Industrialization in all different fields of industry.

During his visit to the Academy of the Arab Industrialization Organization for Training, "Ge Roger" stressed the importance of training human cadres in the State of Gabon through the Academy of the Authority with the latest modern digital training systems and the enhancement of smart automated management mechanisms and training on programmed machines in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

In a related context, the Gabonese ambassador in Cairo explained that the investment vision with Gabon is directed only towards “wood”, but this is an incomplete vision, as Gabon is full of bounties and natural wealth, and Egypt can benefit from it, so that the trade balance between the two countries is adjusted, stressing The importance of intensifying joint economic and trade cooperation between Egypt and Gabon.
