Intense efforts by Al Arabiya for Industrialization to generalize the application of the modern irrigation system

Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the implementation of President Abdel Fattah Al-Sisi's directives to speed up the rates of implementation of the modern irrigation system, according to the latest modern global systems.

He added that the Arab Industrialization Company has human and technical expertise and advanced technology, to participate in the application of the modern irrigation system, to raise the efficiency of the use of the state's water resources, and to achieve the maximum possible benefit from it, in addition to working to rationalize the use of water used in agriculture in the countryside and Upper Egypt, as well as increasing the productivity of the feddan. .

This came within the framework of a cooperation agreement between the Qadir Factory for Advanced Industries of the Arab Industrialization, the Upper Egypt Development Authority and the Ministry of Agriculture, represented by the Sugar Crops Institute, to start implementing a project to establish plants for the production of sugar cane seedlings in the city of Kom Ombo, Aswan Governorate, on an area of ​​23 acres, in greenhouses designated for this purpose. Purpose using the latest smart irrigation methods and technologies.
