Arab Industrialization hosts executive youth leaders from 53 countries as part of the Nasser International Leadership Scholarship activities

Today, the Arab Organization for Industrialization hosted the participating delegations within the activities of the Leader "Gamal Abdel Nasser" International Leadership Scholarship, in its second edition, under the patronage of President "Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi", President of the Republic, and under the slogan "South-South Cooperation", organized by the Ministry of Youth and Sports, in cooperation with the Academy The National Training Center, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and many national institutions, with the participation of 120 executive youth leaders from 53 countries on the three continents (Africa - Asia - Latin America), which will be held during the period from 1 to 16 June, 2021.

This visit comes within the framework of the world’s youth’s interest in learning about Egypt’s pioneering experience of sustainable development and its unprecedented steps to build a developed society by making optimal use of national manufacturing capabilities, deepening local industrialization and localizing modern digital technology, as well as training human cadres, according to the latest global training systems.

In this regard, Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his pride in the visit of the youth delegation participating in the activities of the Nasser Scholarship, praising the important role played by the Ministry of Youth and Sports to achieve communication between the youth of Egypt and the world at large and to consolidate the bonds of cooperation between them in various fields. To transfer experiences and cultures and reach initiatives, projects, ideas and proposals that benefit young people in all parts of the globe.

The "Terrace" explained that the Egyptian youth receives great attention from the political leadership, for the sake of rehabilitation and empowerment after training, and perhaps the youth conferences and forums that were held during the past few years are the best evidence and translation of this interest on the ground, and it is not limited to holding these conferences only, However, these visions, ideas and topics that are discussed are transferred to be formulated in plans and strategies and implemented on the ground within the framework of Egypt’s vision for sustainable development 2030.

The Terrace also pointed to the importance of rehabilitating, developing, and upgrading the capabilities of young people and providing them with many skills in order to prepare a conscious generation of young people aware of the issues of their society and to promote belonging, stressing the importance of providing the opportunity for international youth delegations to visit Egypt's industrial institutions to see Egypt brimming with strength and unprecedented steps towards achieving sustainable development. .

In a related context, the head of the Arab Organization for Industrialization explained that the leader "Gamal Abdel Nasser" was one of his most important national goals, which is to help his brothers and their obtaining national independence, and the Egyptian state, with its current leadership, is proceeding with its firm determination to strengthen the bonds of dealing with brotherly countries in all fields, especially in the field of enabling Youth as the locomotive that leads the movement of progress in the development of societies.

He added that the Egyptian state is making great efforts in the file of youth empowerment, as it is a solid basis for achieving progress and prosperity in society, pointing to President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi's keenness to arm young people with knowledge and how to manage the state and the work of its institutions by creating platforms and institutions entrusted with this role, including what We see results from the youth leadership qualification program.

 

During his meeting with the youth delegation, the "Terrace" indicated that the Arab Industrialization represents the industrial back-up of the Egyptian state for the settlement of technology, manufacturing and development in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, referring to the date of the establishment of the Authority and its national role as one of the results of the October War victories, and its role in meeting the needs of Arab and African brothers in industries Defensive and civil.

The Terrace affirmed the interest of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in training human cadres according to the mechanisms of digital transformation, deepening local manufacturing, transferring and localizing modern technology, in partnership with major international companies in many fields of industry, noting that the Arab Academy for Industrialization welcomes all scholars and human cadres through specialized training courses. In all fields of industry, administration, information systems and communication technology, according to the latest modern digital training systems, strengthening smart automated management mechanisms, and training on programmed machines in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

During the inspection of the exhibition of the products of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, the delegation of the executive youth leaders expressed their pride in the Authority and expressed their admiration for the various products of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its manufacturing capabilities to develop technology by scientific methods to achieve the highest rates of local manufacturing and the transfer and localization of modern digital technology.

The visit also included a visit to the training academy of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, which was officially inaugurated in partnership with the German international company "DMG", through which human cadres are trained and qualified through specialized training courses in all fields of industry, management, information systems and communication technology, according to the latest training systems. Modern digital and the enhancement of smart automated management mechanisms and training on programmed machines in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

Then the youth delegation went for a field visit to inspect the electronics factory, where they inspected the production lines of tablets, computers, interactive screens, electronic devices, surveillance cameras and other requirements of advanced smart electronic devices. They were also briefed on the future plans carried out by Arab Industrialization to support the state’s plan for digitization and modernization of production lines according to the standards of the industrial revolution.
