This came during the signing of a cooperation protocol between "Arabia for Industrialization" and "Evergreen Egypt United" company.

In this regard, the "Terrace" indicated that it was agreed to joint cooperation to implement and establish smart garages according to the latest international systems, and to benefit from the advanced manufacturing capabilities of Arabic for manufacturing, pointing to the localization of modern technology and training of human cadres in this specialized industrial field to serve the needs of the local market and the African and Arab regions. .

Al-Terras explained that the implementation of smart garages constitutes a qualitative leap from the civilized projects that Egypt is witnessing, as the garage works with fully mechanical systems with its automatic management using the techniques of surveillance cameras and the advanced digital monitoring system, according to the latest modern electronic systems, and achieves a sophisticated aesthetic and civilized image, and ensures the protection of cars Traffic flow.

He added that the smart garage in which the driver is able to put his car in front of the garage only and then park it electronically without human intervention, which saves a lot of time and effort and prevents the search for waiting places for long periods and is the best and easiest solution to control the movement of entry and exit of cars such as car parks And waiting areas in malls and commercial markets.

In a related context, Al-Terras affirmed that the joint cooperation with the Evergreen Company to implement smart garages will provide many job opportunities for young engineers and technicians, training and acquiring modern skills and experiences in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
