توقعان إتفاقية للتعاون والشراكة

في مختلف المجالات العلمية والتكنولوجية

أكد الفريق"عبد المنعم التراس"رئيس الهيئة العربية للتصنيع علي أهمية التعاون والإستفادة من الخبرات المتميزة للأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم البيلاروسية في العديد من مجالات العلوم والتكنولوجيا , مشددا علي متابعة الرئيس "عبد الفتاح السيسي" وتوجيهاته لتعميق التصنيع المحلي ونقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا بكافة أنواعها بالشراكة مع المؤسسات  العالمية المتخصصة.

جاء هذا في إطار فعاليات مجلس الأعمال المصري البيلاروسي المنعقد اليوم بالعاصمة الإدارية الجديدة ,ويشهدها الرئيس "عبد الفتاح السيسي" ونظيره البيلاروسي "ألكسندر لوكاشينكو".

 وقد شهدت إجتماعات المجلس, توقيع عدة إتفاقيات لتعزيز التعاون والشراكة ونقل وتوطين العلوم والتكنولوجيا بين البلدين وكان من بينها توقيع إتفاقية للتعاون بين الهيئة العربية للتصنيع والأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم البيلاروسية.

في هذا الصدد ,أشار "التراس" أن الإتفاقية تمت في ضوء إهتمام القيادة السياسية لتعميق التعاون والإستفادة من التكنولوجيا وتبادل الخبرات مع دولة بيلاروسيا الصديقة, مشددا علي إهتمام العربية للتصنيع بتوسيع آفاق الشراكات والتعاون الدولية مع كبري المؤسسات العلمية العالمية في تنفيذ المشروعات التنموية وفقا لأحدث نظم الثورة الصناعية الرابعة وزيادة فرص الإستثمار في مصر, بالإضافة إلي صقل خبرات ومهارات العاملين بها وفقا للخبرات الحديثة في المجالات المتعددة.

كما أوضح"التراس"  أنه تم بحث إنشاء مركز لنقل التكنولوجيا البيلاروسية في القاهرة, والتعاون في مشروعات الإبتكار ذات الإهتمام المشترك للنهوض بالعلوم والتكنولوجيا وتبادل العلماء والباحثين والخبراء,مؤكدا أن الهيئة العربية للتصنيع تتطلع لتعزيز التعاون بما يحقق الإستفادة من التكنولوجيا البيلاروسية المتقدمة والإمكانيات الصناعية المتوفرة في الهيئة لتعظيم نسب المكون المحلي وزيادة القيمة المضافة في الصناعة المحلية، إلي جانب زيادة الفرص التنافسية لتسويق الإنتاج المشترك للعربية للتصنيع والشركات البيلاروسية في السوق المصرية والعربية والأفريقية ,بالإستفادة من الإتفاقيات التجارية ومناطق التجارة الحرة .

وأضاف أن مجالات التعاون تعزز فرص الإستثمار والتعاون العلمي والتكنولوجي وتدريب الكوادر البشرية ونقل وتوطين التكنولوجيا والتصنيع المشترك في مجموعة من المجالات الواعدة ومنها تقنيات الطيران والآلات الزراعية والتكنولوجيا الحيوية،لاسيما فى ظل الإهتمام المصري بآخر المستجدات التكنولوجية فى تنقية وإدارة المياه وإعادة تدوير النفايات، بالإضافة إلي تكنولوجيات الطاقة وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والإتصالات ,لافتًا إلي ضرورة مراعاة الجودة العالية والأسعار التنافسية العالمية لهذه المنتجات.

من جانبه , أكد الدكتور "فلاديمير جوساكوف" رئيس الأكاديمية الوطنية للعلوم البيلاروسية  توافر عوامل تطوير مجالات التعاون المشترك,في ظل قوة ومتانة العلاقات السياسية بين البلدين ووجود قاعدة صناعية متطورة بالهيئة العربية للتصنيع, ,مؤكدا أن السوق المصري كبير وواعد ويشكل أهمية إستراتيجية للمنطقة العربية والإفريقية.

وأشار" جوساكوف" أن اهتمام الجانب البيلاروسي بالتعاون مع الجانب المصري يأتي في إطار نقل  العلوم والتكنولوجيا والتدريب لتحقيق شراكة إستراتيجية طويلة الأجل , مشيدا بالإمكانيات التصنيعية والفنية للهيئة وثراء وتنوع منتجاتها ، وهو ما يشجع العديد من المؤسسات والشركات البيلاروسية إلى عقد المزيد من الشراكات مع "العربية للتصنيع" في المجالات ذات الإهتمام المشترك وفقا لنظم الجودة العالمية.

They sign a cooperation and partnership agreement

lieutenant general, "Abdel Moneim Al-Terras," President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of cooperation and benefiting from the distinguished experiences of the National Academy of Belarus in many fields of science and technology, stressing the follow-up of President "Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi" and his directives to deepen local manufacturing and transfer and localization of technology of all kinds in partnership with institutions Global Specialized.

This came within the framework of the activities of the Egyptian-Belarusian Business Council held today in the new administrative capital, and witnessed by President "Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi" and his Belarusian counterpart, "Alexander Lukashenko".

 Council meetings witnessed the signing of several agreements to enhance cooperation, partnership, transfer and settlement of science and technology between the two countries, among which was the signing of an agreement of cooperation between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and the National Academy of Belarusian Sciences.

In this regard, the "Terrace" indicated that the agreement was made in light of the interest of the political leadership to deepen cooperation and benefit from technology and exchange experiences with the friendly Belarus, stressing the interest of Arab Industrialization to expand the horizons of partnerships and international cooperation with major international scientific institutions in implementing development projects in accordance with the latest systems The fourth industrial revolution and increasing investment opportunities in Egypt, in addition to refining the expertise and skills of its workers in accordance with recent experiences in various fields.

The “Terrace” also clarified that the establishment of a Belarusian technology transfer center in Cairo was discussed, and cooperation in innovation projects of common concern for the advancement of science and technology and the exchange of scientists, researchers and experts, stressing that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is looking to enhance cooperation in order to benefit from advanced Belarusian technology and industrial capabilities available in The authority to maximize the proportions of the local component and increase the added value in the local industry, as well as increase the competitive opportunities for marketing co-production of Arabia for Industrial and Belarusian companies in the Egyptian, Arab and African market, ba To benefit from trade agreements and free trade zones.

He added that the fields of cooperation enhance investment opportunities, scientific and technological cooperation, training of human cadres, transfer and localization of technology and joint manufacturing in a range of promising areas, including aviation technologies, agricultural machinery and biotechnology, especially in light of Egyptian interest in the latest technological developments in purification and management of water and waste recycling, in addition to technologies Energy and information and communication technology, pointing to the need to take into account the high quality and global competitive prices of these products.

For his part, Dr. "Vladimir Gusakov", President of the National Academy of Belarusian Sciences, confirmed the availability of factors for developing joint cooperation fields, in light of the strength and strength of political relations between the two countries and the presence of an advanced industrial base in the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressing that the Egyptian market is large and promising and constitutes a strategic importance for the Arab and African region .

"Josakov" indicated that the interest of the Belarusian side in cooperation with the Egyptian side comes within the framework of transferring science, technology and training to achieve a long-term strategic partnership, praising the industrial and technical capabilities of the Authority and the richness and diversity of its products, which encourages many Belarusian institutions and companies to contract more partnerships with "Arabia" For industrialization "in fields of mutual interest according to international quality systems.
