The Arab Organization for Industrialization is taking successful and ongoing steps to localize technology, increase local manufacturing rates, reduce imports, and increase added value in various industries. It also aims to attract investments in partnership with major international companies within the framework of Egypt's Vision 2030 for Sustainable Development.

 Among these steps was the signing of a cooperation agreement between the Arab African Medical Industries Company, affiliated with the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and the Chinese medical device company XinGaoYi Egypt International (XGY), which has obtained accredited European quality certifications.

 In this context, Major General Eng. Mokhtar Abdellatif, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, expressed his appreciation and pride in this cooperation with   XinGaoYi Egypt International (XGY)   , praising its technical expertise in manufacturing medical devices.

 He noted that this cooperation represents the first stage and an important step toward signing a contract to establish a joint company/factory to manufacture magnetic resonance imaging (MRI), x-ray, and CT scan devices locally within the Arab Organization for Industrialization, thus achieving, for the first time, the localization of this vital industry in the Arab Republic of Egypt.

 He explained that the areas of cooperation include the supply and installation of an advanced 2025XGY OPER-0.35T MRI machine at the Arab Organization for Industrialization (AOI) Hospital, in addition to implementing specialized training programs for engineers and technicians working at the organization, along with providing maintenance services and spare parts.

He added that the AOI is keen to establish fruitful strategic partnerships and looks forward to strengthening cooperation with the Chinese company in the field of manufacturing MRI, X-ray, and CT scanners with Egyptian expertise.

 This will contribute to meeting the needs of the local market, reducing dependence on imports, and opening up export opportunities to regional and African markets.

For his part, Mr. Tong Chun Guang, Chairman of XinGaoYi Egypt International (XGY)  , China, expressed his pride in cooperating with the AOI, stressing that this cooperation reflects the great confidence in the organization's capabilities and advanced manufacturing capabilities.

 He explained that  (XGY ( looks forward to fully transferring technology to Egypt and working with the AOI. To establish a modern factory that provides distinguished job opportunities, contributes to strengthening the national economy, and supports the ambitious development plans of the Arab Republic of Egypt.
