Sisi is following up on the executive position of the infrastructure of the new administrative capital

President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi met today with Prime Minister Mostafa Madbouly, Dr. Mohamed Shaker, Minister of Electricity and Renewable Energy, Dr. Amr Talaat, Minister of Communications and Information Technology, Dr. Assem El-Gazzar, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, and Major General Amir Sayed Ahmed, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Urban Planning. Major General Mohamed Amin, Advisor to the President of the Republic for Financial Affairs, Engineer Ahmed Zaki Abdeen, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the New Administrative Capital Company, Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, Major General A.H. Ihab El-Far, Head of the Engineering Authority of the Armed Forces, and Major General A.H. The official spokesman for the Presidency of the Republic stated that the meeting dealt with a review of the executive position of the infrastructure of the New Administrative Capital, including its facilities, roads and internal axes, as well as the main residential complexes and the government district.

 

The meeting also witnessed a review of efforts to connect the hubs and roads of the New Administrative Capital with all neighborhoods and sectors of Greater Cairo, through modern mass transportation, as well as a presentation of the transportation system within the Administrative Capital itself, and the executive position of the central bus station.

 

The executive position regarding the work of the telecommunications sector in the New Administrative Capital, including communications infrastructure, information services, comprehensive automation, digital transformation of ministries, training programs for employees on new information systems and skills development, as well as a review of the developments of the executive plan for the process of transferring ministries and various state agencies and institutions, was also presented.

 

The President directed the careful periodic follow-up of the various construction works and projects in the New Administrative Capital, to reach their completion according to the specified timetables, while adhering to the highest standards of quality and safety and in accordance with the latest technological systems in this field, which makes the government’s move to the Administrative Capital a comprehensive development of the state’s administrative apparatus. This includes qualifying workers and training government cadres to use modern scientific methods in management, and evaluating them according to a scientific approach to select the best elements, as well as completing all aspects of the digital and informational infrastructure of the government district of the New Administrative Capital, and examining the performance and readiness of its various components and testing them before the actual move. , marking the beginning of a new era of reliance on a modern, efficient and effective administrative apparatus, within the general framework of building the modern Egyptian state.
