Talks with the Ambassador of Angola in Cairo To meet the needs of development projects In the sister Republic of Angola

Lieutenant-General Abdel-Moneim Al-Terras, Chairman  of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of implementing the directives of President Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi to enhance cooperation with brothers in the countries of the African continent, noting that there are joint committees and intensive and continuous cooperation in various fields of industry.

 

This came during the visit of Nelson Cosme, Ambassador of the Republic of Angola in Cairo, within the framework of strengthening Egyptian-African cooperation.

 

The meeting dealt with studying possible investment and commercial partnership opportunities in various fields, as well as discussing strengthening cooperation mechanisms and benefiting from Arab Industrialization’s expertise in various fields of industry, including defense and civil industries, infrastructure, water technologies, medical supplies, new energy, communications, electronics, digital transformation processes, artificial intelligence, surveillance cameras and friendly cars. The environment using natural gas and other various fields of industry.

 

In this regard, the "Terrace" indicated that the Arab Organization for Industrialization is putting all its manufacturing and technological capabilities to participate in the various development projects taking place in the sisterly Republic of Angola, referring to the research of training and qualifying Angolan human cadres through the Authority's Training Academy, where specialized training courses are held in all fields. Industry, management, information systems and communication technology in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

He added that we agreed to exchange visits and participate in infrastructure projects, renewable energy, digitization, electronic archiving and other areas of development.

 

For his part, Mr. Nelson Cosmi affirmed his country's keenness to strengthen partnership and cooperation relations with Egypt as a leading country in the African continent, praising the development renaissance that Egypt is witnessing and its unprecedented steps for digital transformation.

Cosmi praised the positive role of the Arab Organization for Industrialization and its shining fingerprints in many important development and strategic projects in the African continent, pointing to his country's aspiration for Arab Industrialization to participate in development projects in Angola and various fields of industry, including defense industries, health, medical industries, preventive sterilization booths, communications, electronics, digital transformation and renewable energy. Converting cars to work with natural gas, drinking water and sewage purification plants, LED lights, water and energy rationalization, and other areas of development, in addition to training human cadres in units and training centers of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.
