Intense activity of the Arab Organization for Industrialization in EDEX 2021 within the activities of the first day of the exhibition

Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras, Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, confirmed that Egypt's leading position and role was a strong incentive for many major international companies to hold joint meetings with the delegation of the Arab Organization for Industrialization.

 

 

This came within the framework of Arab Industrialization’s participation in the “EDEX2021” exhibition, which kicked off in Cairo and will run from November 29 to December 2, 2021.

 

In this regard, the "Terrace" expressed its aspiration to conclude partnerships with major international companies with international weight in the field of advanced defense systems, inviting them to exchange visits and experiences with factories and companies of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, and to identify areas of cooperation of common interest and coordination to find scientific and technological solutions for equipment and defense systems.

 

The activities of the exhibition witnessed intense activity by the Arab Organization for Industrialization, as the Authority’s pavilion, which is the largest within the exhibition pavilions, witnessed a great momentum and presence of a number of major international companies in the military and defense industries, and great interest from major armament companies and international officials, as they praised what they saw of advanced technological and technical capabilities. The authority's pavilion at the exhibition, which reflects Egypt's strength and progress in the field of defense industries.

 

Admiral Santigo Gomez, head of the Spanish Armament Authority, inspected the Arab Industrialization Pavilion, and discussed with Lieutenant-General Abdel Moneim Al-Terras the enhancement of areas of cooperation and the localization of the technology of the latest smart systems that the authority employs in its defense industries according to the latest global methods and techniques applicable in this industry.

In the context of strengthening cooperation with the African continent, the pavilion of the Arab Organization for Industrialization inspected the Minister of Defense of the State of South Sudan, as well as the Commander of the Nigerian Air Force, where they praised the products of the Arab Organization for Defense Industrialization and the extent to which they keep pace with the latest modern armament systems.

 

The visual and print media were also keen to shed light on the Arab Industrialization Pavilion and held several meetings with officials of the Authority to highlight the efforts of Arab Industrialization to deepen local manufacturing and localize technology in the field of defense industries and systems in accordance with the latest systems of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.
