Lieutenant general,"Abdel Moneim El-Terras," President of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, stressed the importance of implementing the directives of President "Abdel-Fattah El-Sisi" for the transfer and localization of technology in the areas of digital transformation and technical training and the development of manufacturing systems and mechanisms in accordance with the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution in cooperation with specialized international expertise in these areas.

This came during the signing of a cooperation protocol between the Arab Organization for Industrialization and Siemens Industries.

In this regard, "The Terrace" pointed to the aspiration of Arab Industrialization to conclude a partnership and cooperation with "Siemens" to achieve the digital transformation using the techniques of the fourth industrial revolution, stressing the importance of cooperation to activate the digital transformation strategy in Egypt and the vision of sustainable development for the year 2030.

"The Terrace" said that it was agreed on a partnership to establish a center of research excellence in the field of technical training, development of training programs, accreditation of training centers affiliated with the authority from Siemens Technology Company, and to provide training programs and accredited certificates from Siemens Germany in the areas of automatic control, digital transformation, measuring devices and computer-based manufacturing machines. He added that the fields of cooperation include modernizing the mechanisms of industrial processes in accordance with the standards of the fourth industrial revolution, raising the efficiency of Siemens productivity devices in the authority’s units, working on developing factories and machinery, providing equipment, and listing the products of Siemens Technology in the projects implemented by the authority in various industrial fields according to international quality standards.

The “Terrace” expressed its great confidence in the human technical staff in the body capable of absorbing the latest technology in succession with capacity and speed, and interacting with these modern technologies and entering the labor market, adding that we look forward to reaping the fruits of this cooperation to build the capabilities of Egyptian youth, deepening expertise and a system of competencies in the digital transformation And advanced digital manufacturing systems.
