Today, Lieutenant-General "Abdel Moneim Al-Terras", Chairman of the Arab Organization for Industrialization, opened an exhibition and a maintenance and after-sales service center for the products of the electronics factory affiliated with the Authority, after its development and modernization in cooperation with the company "Zerotech Egypt".

In this context, the "Terrace" clarified that Arab Industrialization has developed an ambitious marketing plan to develop and modernize all maintenance and after-sales service centers, in accordance with the latest digital transformation mechanisms and the standards of the Fourth Industrial Revolution.

He added that an exhibition and a maintenance and after-sales service center for the products of the electronics factory, approved by the Ministry of Trade and Industry, was developed with the latest modern digital systems for maintenance, which provide speed and accuracy, pointing to the training of human cadres working in the center in line with the mechanisms of digital transformation and the use of the latest developments of the era for operations Maintenance and after-sales services, expressing his thanks and appreciation to "Zerotech Egypt" for its fruitful cooperation in the development and modernization work.

Al-Terras pointed out that the Arab Organization for Industrialization has set achieving customer satisfaction as a primary objective in the development and modernization processes and in ensuring good communication and reception of the public.
